Trinity, The Office Dog

Trinity joined her mom and our fabulous team late last year, and her extensive experience in lounging, snacking, and soaking up compliments has been a game-changer here at the dental office! Whether patients are feeling a little anxious or just need a little fluff to brighten their day, Trinity is here to offer snuggles and support.

Most days, you’ll find her snoozing in one of the operatories or discovering the coziest spot under someone’s desk. When she's awake (which is a rare but magical event), Trinity is off on grand adventures through the hallways, on the hunt for the next cuddle opportunity. Her favorite part of the day? When everyone tells her how irresistibly cute and pretty she is and goes wild over her fabulous hair bows!

Off-duty, you can catch Trinity playing an enthusiastic game of catch with anyone willing to toss the ball or hanging out with her mom and dad. She's always recharging for her next day of office fun, and her snack game is strong—anything you’re munching on is her favorite!

Andrea, Office Manager

Andrea has been with Dr. Laska for her entire dental career, and for her, the saying, “When you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life,” rings true. She absolutely adores her work family—the incredible women make every single day a joy! She cherishes the deep connections we build with our patients and the supportive team she gets to work with. Each day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact on our patients’ lives, and Andrea is grateful to be part of such a caring and enthusiastic group.

Andrea and her husband, Grant, have three boys- Jayden, Easton, and their feral little toddler, Truett. Truett was here at our office daily with her for the first year, and patients loved him and still ask about him to this day. Family is important to her, and while life is a bit chaotic, they are always laughing, having fun, making memories, and adventuring.

Kristy, Patient Care Coordinator

Kristy is beyond excited to have been on Dr. Laska’s team for 6 incredible years! Her journey began as an assistant, but it didn’t take long for her to find her groove as a front desk coordinator. From juggling treatment and hygiene schedules to being the first friendly face you’ll see, Kristy is all about making your visit smooth and enjoyable!

What makes the role so fantastic? It’s the chance to work with some of her favorite people and provide top-notch care to our amazing patients. She loves being part of a vibrant, welcoming space that feels like a second home for everyone. She absolutely adores getting to know our patients beyond just their names and celebrating their big milestones with them!

Outside of work, Kristy is all about having fun with her husband, Nick, and their daughter, Korie, whether they're cheering her on at cheer competitions, spending time with friends and family, or planning their next vacation!

Jessica, Patient Care Coordinator

With 10 years in dentistry under her belt, Jessica has had her hands in just about everything— from assisting in the back to managing the office. But her absolute favorite role has been as Dr. Laska’s Patient Care Coordinator. She loves it because it allows her to connect with patients on a personal level, ensuring they feel valued and cared for every step of the way. You’ll often see her as one of the first friendly faces to greet you and the last cheerful “see you later” as you head out!

Another highlight of Jessica’s day is working alongside an amazing group of ladies who make the office feel like a second home. She says their fantastic team vibe keeps the workday lively, fun, and rewarding.

Outside of work, Jessica stays busy cheering on her kids at soccer, golf, and baseball games. She also enjoys staying active with workouts, taking weekend getaways, and spending quality time with her husband and family.

Ashton, Registered Dental Hygienist

What makes Ashton’s job a blast? It’s seeing her amazing coworkers every day—especially her bestie, Trinity, our office dog! She also loves getting to know all of our wonderful patients, forming relationships, and making them feel right at home while she gives their smiles some top-notch care. She is a graduate of Blinn College in Waco and earned valuable real-world experience volunteering for the Give Kids a Smile organization.

When Ashton isn’t busy brightening up your smile, you can find her working up a sweat at the gym, whipping up delicious creations in the kitchen, being outside, doing house projects, and relaxing with her dog and cat, Benny and Kitty.

Sarah, Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah completed her training through Idaho State University, and what she loves most about her job is the sense of family the team has built. Our staff truly enjoys collaborating to create a comforting and positive experience for each patient. Her career has allowed her to experience a variety of roles, from sterilization tech and front desk support to insurance coordinator and assisting in both endodontics and general dentistry.

Outside of the office, Sarah primarily likes to spend her free time with her fiancé and their sweet dog. She loves capturing special moments as a wedding and couples photographer and is also a dedicated weightlifter who competes in strong-man competitions.

Anna, Registered Dental Hygienist

Anna has been a part of the dental world for over a decade, and when asked what makes her workday extra special, she says it’s the fantastic crew she gets to hang out with, the incredible dentist, our awesome patients, and the overall great vibes. She is a graduate of TCC and strives to treat every patient as an individual, focusing on their specific needs. She takes pride in staying current with the latest best practices to ensure their oral hygiene requirements are always met.

Originally from Poland, Anna has been married for over 20 years and has a young son. When she’s not at work, you can find her adventuring with her family, whether they are camping, hiking, stargazing, or reading.

Gabby, Registered Dental Assistant

Gabby has been working with Dr. Laska for 18 years, and one of the things she cherishes most about her job is the meaningful relationships she’s built with our patients over the years. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them return and know we’ve made a positive impact on their lives.

She and her significant other are kept very busy by their three children. She likes to work out, hike, and says that shopping is therapeutic for her!

Britni, Registered Dental Assistant

Britni brings over a decade of dental experience to our practice, and what truly warms her heart is how our wonderful ladies welcomed her to the team and made her feel like part of the family from day one. It’s like she has found a second home here, and coming to work each day is a true joy.

When Britni’s not at the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband, two horses, and three dogs. They are expecting their first baby in February 2025! By far one of her favorite things to do is soak up the great outdoors. Whether it’s a day at the ranch simply enjoying the fresh air or writing in her journal while relaxing in a hammock, being outside is where she feels the most at home.

Monica, Registered Dental Assistant

Monica says that her favorite part of her job is the incredible team spirit we have in the office. It’s like working with a big, happy family where everyone truly gets along and supports each other. It’s such a joy to come in each day and be surrounded by a group of people who are not only skilled but also genuinely fun to be around.

Back at home, Monica is all about catching up on much-needed naps, reading, and getting some well-earned TV time. Of course, being with her family is a top priority. She and her partner frequently go with their son to the nearest park, taking walks at sunset when they aren’t watching PJ Masks on repeat!
